5.Installation instructions

1. Use hollow construction formwork laid crosswise with 15mm thickness.

2. (1) The spacing between wooden surfaces and intersections. The spacing between timbers depends on the thickness of the board. The thickness of the concrete is generally less than 0.15m. The spacing between layers is 200~250m. (2) Shear wall or formwork sampling (15mm thick spacing is 100~150mm. If the shear wall column width is greater than 1m, a fixed frame must be added.

3. When die-cutting the shear wall and column puzzle, leave no gaps in the inner corners. The bottom part of the wall must be connected with wooden square beam wall formwork. After making 4 molds for the shear wall, it must be assembled into a whole and hoisted flat, which reduces the labor intensity of the molding effect. good.

4. When the distance between the nails and the edge of the construction is 15~30mm, the strength should be moderate. The length of the nails should be 40~50mm and should not be too long or too short.

5. A 15mm gap must be left for a piece of wood at the bottom of the beam. The gap made on the wall panel will not leak grout and save material for the wall panel.
