Widely used in construction projects, bridge projects, etc.: mainly to shape and maintain the newly poured concrete, so that it can reach a certain strength to bear the temporary structure of its own weight and can be removed as a model board.

2. Characteristics:

1. Spacing of wooden planks:

① Support of plastic formwork for top plate: The spacing of wooden planks is determined according to the thickness of concrete slab. Under normal construction conditions, the spacing (center distance) of wooden planks for slabs with a thickness of less than 0.15m is 200-250mm.

② Support of plastic formwork for shear wall: The spacing of wooden planks is adjusted according to the height and thickness of the wall. Taking the wall height of 2800mm and the wall thickness of 300mm as an example, the vertical secondary rib spacing of 15mm thick formwork is 100-150mm. Shear walls and columns with a width of more than 1 meter must be fixed with a frame.

2. When the shear wall and column formwork are assembled, no gaps are left. There must be wooden planks at the inner corner (bottom of the wall) to facilitate the connection of beams, walls and formwork. When erecting the shear wall formwork, it must be assembled into a whole piece and then hoisted, and then the flat plate is laid, which reduces labor intensity and has a good molding effect.

3. When nailing the plastic formwork, the nails must be 15 to 30 mm away from the edge of the formwork. The force should be moderate. The length of the nail is generally 40 to 50 mm, not too long or too short.

4. The wooden square of the beam bottom plate must leave a 1.5 cm stop, and the wallboard stands on the wooden square stop, so that there will be no leakage and save wallboard materials.
